I got a notification that a new review was available for my listing (which is weird because we haven’t had a booking in weeks), and it appears that it was a review from June of last year that was changed from 5-stars and a would book again to a 3-star that would not book again. I think this is an error, but I have no way of contacting the reviewer and there are no support links to reach out to Peerspace to investigate.
What’s the path to action here?
