I’ve written about this a few times over the years, how is it still a thing that the email notification link for guests reviews doesn’t take you to the review itself but rather the overall review page for your listing?
We get reviews daily, however so many are from past bookings from months to even years ago. When we click the link it takes us to the top of our review page. Can’t tell you how much time i’ve wasted scrolling down to find the review in question.
Peerspace, why is this such a hard thing to program on your end? Reviews are detrimental to this business, please make it easy for us to see them. This is a very reasonable request.
Also, how does every platform ever have a search engine for messages except Peerspace?

Viewing our reviews is fundamental to our business. I cannot be wasting time scrolling through years of reviews to find the newly submitted one.
It is absolutely necessary that the email link takes us directly to the review in question.
If Peerspace isn’t willing to fix this I demand we at least know why. Does coding not know how?
Apologies for my delayed response. As a fellow host, I agree that having to scroll through your reviews is frustrating and time consuming. We would like to address this, but unfortunately there is no “quick fix”. I’ve been speaking with our team about potential solutions and we’ll look to get something implemented soon.
