I know this isn’t a new topic but just want to bring it up again since it’s never been fixed.
When we get a “new review” notification email from Peerspace it doesn’t take us to the actual review, but instead to our review page. Sometimes these new reviews are from clients we had months or even years ago and of course I’d like to know what they said but it takes so long having to scroll through every single review we have to try and find the one in question.
A weird faulty feature, why hasn’t this been properly addressed and updated?
Also the ability to Search messages would be life changing.
we have multiple listings too but when a client from months prior leaves a review today, for example, I can’t see that review unless I scroll down to the time of their booking in the order of reviews if that makes sense. Since most of our clients leave reviews months after their bookings so that’s what kinda sucks here
The email we get that says “see what they wrote about you” takes us to the general page of all our reviews and not the individual review so we can only see it if we find it ourselves amongst the list.
