I work at a restaurant space, newly listed (maybe 2 weeks?). We are on PeerSpace to rent our space out for production events. Am wondering how long it took people to get their first booking? or if they changed anything or received any advice that they believed helped them get bookings.

For me, it was about a month, iirc.
However the economy is wonky right now, it’s a little slow.

No way to speed it up. Just be sure your main picture is shot professionally and your prices are competitive.

When I started the market was definitely much hotter than it was right now, but one of the recommendations that Peerspace made at the time, which I believe still applies, is to check out other listings that are similar to yours, and lower your price so that you get some bookings under your belt and reviews! Once you have a few reviews, then you can raise your price to be closer to your competitors. Best of luck!
