Hi! I am brand new to Peerspace and just posted my first listing yesterday. It’s a beautiful backyard and basketball court outdoor space with a killer view. I posted it for professional production shoots only and require insurance. I was wondering if you had any tips for new hosts? How long does it take to get your first booking? Any strategies I should implement or alterations i could make?
I personally have not found a way to increase bookings. I get all 5 star reviews and they all say how wonderful the space is and how I helped when necessary but stayed out of the way when I wasn’t needed. A couple of years ago, I bought the location managers address and sent a custom postcard to everyone on the list. No responses. Just be sure to answer an inquiries a.s.a.p. Offer a Scout to get them into your space and get a feel of what it is about! On and I have a FaceBook page with no response there either. If anyone has any advice I’d be happy to hear as well.
