A client we had requested an extra hour. Peerspace says we can add on extra hours within this application. I don’t see how this is possible and Peerspace policy says I have 72 hours to add it on. Where do I go???
You should receive an email after your booking ends that requests a review, and asks about overtime or other additional charges. You can bill the overtime at straight time (the hourly rate you quoted them), or time-and-a-half I believe.

What happens when you don’t get that email and it is not in my spam. I rented my space for 4 hours and the original time blocked off was for 2.5 hours. I never received the email so I went directly to the website and logged in. I left a review for my guest and either did not see the OT option or it was not there. I’m getting poor response from customer support. They somehow think I received the email which I did not. I’m running out of time to get this charged and it’s not my fault. Any ideas on how to solve this? I sent another help ticket but no response so far. I’m at the 48 hour mark so definitely running out of time according to Peerspace rules. I have another booking this Saturday but am feeling uneasy about this process.
