Not getting emails from past guest to add overtime

Message and called Peerspace support and nothing back. This is time sensitive and need to add overtime a booking that ended. Help!

You have to email. They never answer phone messages. At least, not in my experience. help@peerspace.com

Also, usually at the end of a booking, you are asked if there’s any overtime.

We definitely understand the urgency to submit overtime so I’d be happy to clarify.

At the conclusion of each booking, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Leave a review for —” Please report any overtime, extra charges and/or damages within 72 hours of the booking’s conclusion in order for our team to take action.

For overtime, you can do so by clicking on the “Add Overtime” button in the email.
