I feel like I’m doing everything I can to make my space great! I just bought the studio in December and its been live on peerspace for 3 years now. I’m running ads, posting on social media photo+ video daily, updating the listing, and keeping availability up to date. Looking at my listing (link below) - do you have any suggestions for this new studio owner?
Well if the space has been on here for 3 years that’s about 1,100 days. You have 508 review of your space (which look like great reviews) so that is almost one ever other day. I’d say you are doing things quite well.
Are you taking over the space from someone else? If that is the case, try to keep consistent with what they’ve been doing. Just keep promoting it in the right circles and let your reviews and pics speak for themselves.

Recommend you show pix of the raw space. All I see on your page is work that’s been shot. It’s inspiring to see what others have done, but as a photographer myself, I’d also want to see wide shots of the location itself.
