I have a listing in LA and gets periodic traction. Some months 4-6 bookings, some months none. I had professional photos shot and had another set done with a model. I researched competitive rates as well. Is it worth creating a dedicated website? What are other best practices for marketing the space?
Good questions Evan. I am new to the platform. We are a small fitness studio. I was wondering how to push more traffic to our listings as well. I hope we can get a response. Thank you, and have a great day!
Hey, so I dug around a bit. Peerspace recommends good photos obviously. I hired a photographer and model to take more shots around the space to show how it can look. I ask clients for photos from shoots, but rarely get them. One commenter suggested changing the photos and your lead photo regularly so that people viewing the spaces might think it’s new or see a different look. That hasn’t had much success with me.
Other people have suggested creating a Instagram account and posting all the pics to that. Which seems like a lot of work and not sure that people are searching Instagram for production spaces, but I’m going to try that now.
Thank you for all of this. Very valuable. I will keep in touch my friend. I hope you have a good day, and cheers to some future bookings.
Gary,
