My client over stayed his time allotment and used some of my equipment which is in the Add-ons section but didn’t choose any even though he used the gear. How do I get this time and gear added to his bill? Neend to know ASAP.

At the conclusion of each booking, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Your booking with _____ is complete”. You’ll see the submission buttons you need at the bottom of this email.
While overtime is processed automatically, our Customer Experience team will pursue the other additional charges with the guest.
