Can't get rid of "unread" message

There is ONE pesky unread message alert from when a duplicate message popped up and there is no way to get rid of no matter how many times I click on it. Also, which may or may not be related. I’ve had duplicate requests pop up which led to guests being double charged for the same booking. How is this possible and what is the solution? There’s always a new bug with every update.

I have the same on a redundant message from a few weeks ago.

I have 5 or 6 of them for over a year.

Our Tech team operates on a priority-based escalation system. However, I can assure you that we working diligently to address all active cases in a timely manner. Once this ticket reaches the top of the priority list, a team member will begin investigating and resolving the issue.

Thank you for the response, Jacqueline. It may seem insignificant as an overview. But it is actually impacting my business. Because we have to make sure we are scrolling to search for the message in the event that it gets fixed one day without us realizing and we wind up not responding to a guest in an appropriate amount of time or at all. I don’t want to get used to habit of ignoring unread messages on the app.

I have had this issue for about 3 years! There are 2 “unread” messages that I cannot locate or close out, and when I reached out to Peerspace they weren’t able to help with this.

Welcome to the forum I see it’s your first post!

But Yeah I thought it would be addressed in this new app update but the problem still persists. I thought the increase on the peerspace fees were supposed to divert funds into bug fixes and a better working app.

I have 3 unread messages can not get rid of for a few months.
