My inbox says I have 3 unread messages. However, I’ve gone through all 108 pages of my messages and cannot find a single one that’s unread. How do I clear this out?
Also… it would be INSANELY HELPFUL to be able to archive messages that are no longer relevant. I don’t need to see messages for inquiries that didn’t work out or message from people who never responded. Splacer provides this function and it allows me to keep only important/active conversations visible.
Seems they are only interested in adding/fixing features that make them more money (add-ons, capacity pricing, etc.)
I used to be a user experience designer and built websites like this one. Adding an archive feature is not a hard thing to implement. They’re just not incentivized. They only add the features we ask for that make them money too.
This may not be the same situation, but this has happened to me a couple of times when I opened an email, but didn’t reply, or when I received two inquiries from the same person, and only replied to one (although I opened both). When you went through all the messages, did you open each one to check? If not, maybe try that.
And yeah, archive and search functions would be a HUGE help. Irritating they don’t address this although it’s certainly been requested.
