My inbox shows 2 messages, but when I scroll through all my conversations — even back to 2021 — I don’t see any unread messages. This issue has been going on for over a year.
Can you please check my account and clear whatever is causing this? I looked through every conversation, including completed and expired ones, and still can’t find anything unread.
