I have someone making in inquiry about an event, if they want to add tables and chairs do I have to already have it on my listing as an add-on or they have to provide themselves? Also does the cleaning fee I added show up on the initial inquiry?

RE: Add-On’s - We suggest creating Add-Ons within your listing for all rentals (such as tables & chairs) you offer in your space. That way, a guest can know the cost up-front & select the amount needed. Please note we take a 15% service fee from the total cost of the rental (excluding taxes & fees)
RE: Cleaning Fee - your cleaning fee will show up as long as you have it currently listed.
The easiest way to respond to inquiries with rentals is to send back a Custom Offer. This is a tool you can find in your Inbox. It’s similar to an event proposal and allows you to customize any booking. Note the guest must accept the Offer within 7 days. Learn how to send a Custom Offer here.
