I need more flexibility with my listing for a bar:

I should be able to have a certain date trigger a special rate. Sometimes big holidays like NYE or Halloween fall on a weeknight and the interface defaults to the lowest rate. I want big holidays to be more than my weekend premium rate. This requires a lot of custom offers, back and forth, making the rate calculation useless. Nobody reads the body of the listing, they just go through the calculator and then haggle for the holiday events.

Premium pricing is useless if I can’t change the minimum required hours. I have to set my premium pricing for a weekend way high because my default minimum is 2 hours to accommodate smaller parties on weeknights. If someone rents for the minimum 2 hours on a weekend night, it makes the rest of the night useless. Do I open to the public after 2 hours? That’s ridiculous. Nobody wants a 2 hour party on a weekend so they balk at my very high weekend rate. I want my weekend premium rates to reflect a full buyout of the whole evening. Conversely, rarely do people want a 3 or 4 hour party after work on a weeknight or Sunday. Please fix this.
