App not loading after iOS 13 update

My phone upgraded itself to iOS 13 overnight, and ever since I haven’t been able to open the Peerspace app. It shows the start screen and then immediately closes out. The app is my primary source of communication so it’s throwing me off my game!

  1. Assuming iOS 13 is the bug, will you be updating the app soon?
  2. If it is just me, any ideas on how I can remedy it?

Hi Lisa, I updated to iOS 13.1.2 this afternoon on my iPhone 11 Pro and just checked, app seems to be working fine. Let the developers know which phone you have, could help. You could also delete the app and reinstall, but I don’t know if you would lose anything in the process, so please get a second opinion. Good luck!

I would uninstall the app then reinstall it…that should work. Also make sure the app has mission access.
