The new update is interesting! It updated for me yesterday and since has been glitching terribly with the messages. It’s not allowing me to see new messages or bookings and my inbox is only showing messages from over a week ago.
a lil stressed, anyone else having similar issues?
I also deleted the app and reinstalled it - it was able to update the inbox from the install point but hasn’t been able to grab new messages. I tried signing out and signing back in.
I can refresh my booking and calendar - everything else refreshes ut the inbox.
I am now tied to my computer so I don’t mess up my response time.
Hi all, we released a new version of the iOS app today that addresses the inbox bug. When you have a moment you can download the latest version from the app store and that should take care of the issue. We’ll be making some additional improvements to iOS inbox over the next few weeks so be on the lookout for those. We really appreciate the bug reports and appreciate you for your patience!
Hi @Rony_C, I just reviewed and confirmed my app was updated, but unfortunately the issues have not been fixed. Messages from this week are missing, old messages appear to be from “a minute ago,” new messages stay new (with the red bubble) when they have been read and responded too… I hope we can make progress on this.
Yes in fact I was going to tight to support but got side tracked. So if anyone from Peerspace support is reading here are my issues:
An older inbox message seems to be kind of pinned to the top of my inbox and it says from 15 minutes ago and has a red dot I have never seen to the left but the message is about 10 days old.
Other messages are clearly not updating properly on the list. Didn’t realize it was an update that may have created the problem. My phone and App are up to date.
Hi Rony, aside from the standard issues, we’ve also had our response rate slip drastically during this glitch and were wondering if that will be addressed as well?
Having the same problem. Shows I have messages I cannot get to. Contacted support they did not tell me anything about an App update or potential fix. Sent me a number of bad links to somehow fix the problem.
