iOS Updates
Jeff here from the mobile team. We’ve just started rolling out iOS version 2.9.1 which addresses some bugs reported to our CS team and reported by QA. You’ll have to manually update the app via App Store (we will release to all for automatic updates next week). The most asked for feature has been the ability to view guest reviews from their profile. Glad to announce that this is now supported n the app. View your guest profile and at the bottom of the view will be a “View Reviews” button. We will work on improving this functionality in upcoming releases.
Android
We are readying a beta testing build for Android. If you’d like to download the app on your Android device and help by providing feedback, please let me know here. We are actively testing the build internally and are prepping an external testing build for you. It’s been a long time coming for us and our passionate Android users, we see you.
** Bugs, Issues, Concerns **
As you encounter bugs, issues or concerns, the best way to get those issues to me and our team is to go through CS via email. There is a pipeline of work (inclusive of feature development, bug fixing and platform improvements) and injecting requests into this pipeline starts with CS.
