Variable Pricing & Operating Hours?

Hello. I’m trying to set variable pricing on my listings. We charge extra for hours past 10pm with another bump for hours after 2am. Rates return again to standard amount at 7am.

In my calendar, I have the hours of operation for my space set to 24 hours/All day. However, in the custom hour settings in the variable pricing page, I can only select a time frame between 6:30am and 11:30pm. I need to be able to set pricing for the hours between 11:30pm and 6:30am.

Is this not possible or do I need to change something?

Hi @Geoffrey_B, you can create multiple price ranges for the same day using the “custom” option, however the latest start time for the custom range is 11:30pm. So you can create rates for 10pm - 11:30pm and 11:30pm - 6am to cover the late night hours. Sorry for the confusion, Rony

Ooh, I really like the idea of variable pricing! Great idea! I had someone who wanted to go until 4:00a.m. recently, which is much more challenging to manage, but adding a different rate after 1:00a.m. or 2:00a.m. would help with staffing! Thanks ~ Rocky

Finally getting around to changing this.

Your suggestion does not work for me. My rates also change after midnight and stay that way until 7am. I cannot choose midnight.

Is there a reason that this feature does not allow us to operate 24 hours a day?

Hi @Geoffrey_B, the latest start time for a new pricing rate is 11:30pm. This is a technical limitation in our system. I suggest selecting “After 11:30pm” for your rate. You can always update the price of an inquiry/request using the custom offer feature. Thanks, Rony
