Studio not seen with new search testing

Hope everyone is doing well!

There seems to be testing going on by the development team once again with a new format that has keyword tabs at the top instead of going into the filters to put them like before. Of course nothing was sent out via email letting hosts know this was going to happen either.

Is anyone having an issue seeing any of their studios? I have 5 studios and all of them are being seen properly except one.

We noticed a decline with one of our more popular studios “Downtown Green Luxury Studio”. It shows up under photo shoot and production set (Los Angeles) but if you click the luxury tab it is nowhere to be found. There are only 33 pages under this tab and I would say a good 20% or maybe more of the studios under this tab do not belong there. There are fitness studios, photography studios, salons, podcast studios, etc.

This has been going on for over week and still no answers as to why my studio does not appear under the luxury tab. That keyword is in my title and multiple areas in my description. Last time something like this happened there was something internally blocking one of my other studios from appearing under production set. The development team did not figure this out. One of the fabulous service representatives was able to figure it out and fix the issue.

It seems every few months now the development team rolls out testing without internally testing it to see if it works correctly. The last one was back in March and that went on for over 14 days causing a major decline in bookings. Even though we hit our monthly mark that we set for ourselves its disheartening and frustrating that you know by the development team doing things like this cause you not to make an extra $7,000 to $10,000 for the month. It makes you wonder if they are using an AI software for this since when you go into every keyword tab about 20% or more of the studios in those should not be there. It does not make sense.

In my opinion it appears no one is watching what the development team is doing. I have had multiple conversations already about this. I even mentioned maybe they should have a dedicated team for glitches or things like this because it takes too long for them to figure it out. I even mentioned that there should be individuals who check to make sure everything with the new roll outs are working correctly instead of Peerspace waiting to hear from host to let them something is not right.

When the new roll out happened my husband had the new format but it took 2 days for me and our business partner along with our site managers to get the new format.

Development Team please make what you do make sense because at the moment it does not.
