For Multi-Day Bookings, in our efforts to direct guests to better understand our expectations on price, avoid confusion, sticker shock etc, I’ve observed for example Meeting renters failing to understand for example that a projector/screen add-on is priced per day, as opposed to a flat fee, per item, per person or per hour.
This can present a challenge and frustration for many planners from Executive Assistant to CEO, is they may tether themselves to a booking request price which is incomplete, and possibly cause them internal strife with budget committees, which from experience I can guarantee leads to blaming the venue, Peerspace, or both, but never themselves.
While we can and will include some textual direction to supplement, we feel it would better educate and engineer buyer behavior to add a per day option to the above.
