Has anyone else experienced this? The booking was SEPTEMBER 1st. It is now the 10th and no payment was issued. I double-tripled checked my bank account. It’s also completely missing from the Payouts page. It’s not pending, scheduled or anything, just completely gone!
I checked my email/spam and I have no notification from Peerspace at all either. I emailed them but wanted to check in to see if anyone had experienced something similar. It’s just very weird for a Payout not to be issued and to not even get an email about it.
This booking was a no-show from the client. They first wanted to cancel within 48hrs of the booking but told them there was no refund but that I was happy to credit them 50% from this booking towards their next booking. Long story short they wanted a 100% refund or 100% credit and nothing else. I stood firm on 50% credit and eventually the conversation ended. What really annoyed me is that they kept changing their excuse. First they said their actors couldn’t make it, then it was the DP an at the very end they said the DP’s mom got sick so he had to fly out of town.
But I do remember seeing the money scheduled to be paid out because I check weekly but I guess it never went out and now it’s gone? But if it was Peerspace wouldn’t they at least email you something? This had to have happen a few days ago because they always issue payments withing 3 days or so. So it’s been at least 7 days since they held the money if it was them. Grrrrr…
Any thoughts anyone? Now I feel like I need to go and double check that all my past payments have actually been deposited to my account ![]()
