I’m so mad, I have flawless reviews and someone gives me 4 stars for parking two blocks away, I literally have a parking lot in my building and instructions were sent via inbox and in my description. They also said my place had two much light when I have full black out blinds in the windows. I checked in with them after 15 mins and told them again to feel free to close the blinds.. less than perfect reviews when it’s the clients fault is perplexing
