Hello, when I get stats from Peerspace it will tell me the number of inquires to the number of book throughs.
I know they must be using this information and want us to book through as much as we can. The last 4-5 inquires i had were absolutely ridiculous and I am obviously not fond of seeing my book through rate go down…these are a few of them.
-an offer for half the price of normal - (no! we live here!)
-an offer asking if we could do two hours at lower rate total instead of normal rate (no! our min is 4 hours, we live here!)
-an offer asking if we rent our place for 8 weeks (no, we live here!)
-an offer for a budoir/nude shoot (no! we have stated no to in our info. we live here and can not control useage)
.
anyone else find this to be a bit troubling
Peerspace has no idea what’s coming and should absolutely not use this in any algorithm - i would book things if things that were reasonable were coming through. 4/5 are not doable half the time. I also get about 1/3 scouts ghosting after we spent the time to let them scout.
I really think Peerspace needs to look at some of the ways they do things and make it better for owners to deal with issues.
