Newbie here: So many questions!

I’ve just added my first listing and am working through the kinks. Here are some issues I’ve already encountered:

  1. Why is wifi required to add a meeting space? Our clients specifically book our space because we don’t have wifi or cell service that create distractions.

  2. Why is there not an option for a longer buffer window? I would like to have a minimum of a 7-day notice before someone needs our space as I have to rearrange a lot of moving parts. I also only want 1 event per day even if it’s theoretically possible for me to host 2 shorter events.

  3. Is there a way to limit how far out a space can be booked? For example, on Airbnb, I can set the parameter that I don’t want people to make reservations more than 3 months into the future as this allows us the opportunity to book weddings and more lucrative events BEFORE lodging becomes available. I don’t want people to be able to book events in 2026 or 2027 so is there’s something I’m missing that would disallow reservations to be made far into the future or do I just have to block the calendar for any dates beyond 3 months away? (I’ve already tried syncing with my Airbnb calendar, but it doesn’t seem to block future dates.
