I’ve had an enquiry for a booking for March 2020. The client has said the calendar on the site does not extend that far. How do I handle this enquiry and potentially accept this booking if it does come to fruition? It is related to a wedding, so I appreciate the person feels the need to have things planned well in advance.

The guest should be able to book up to 18 months in the future. Please ask them to try again and if they are still having trouble our support team can assist by emailing help@peerspace.com

Usually Peerspace will assist you. If not add it to the last available date on Peerspace and then update it when the date comes closer change the date.
