New Feature Announcement: Buffer Time

Hello Everyone,

We’re excited to announce a new feature that has been requested by many hosts — buffer time – which allows you to have time to prep for your next guest by automatically blocking out time between each booking!

With buffer time, hosts can now automatically add adjustable blocks of time before or after bookings. Visit your Peerspace calendar today to opt-in to buffer time, allowing you to better manage back-to-back bookings to account for cleanup and preparation between bookings.

Thank you for adding this, very useful. I did find a bug on the phone app though. Looking at my peerspace calendar on my phone the buffer time is listed as Peerspace Booking, (Different) client name. So what I mean is some other client is listed in the buffer space time. I have attached a picture.

I suggest deleting the Peerspace app and redownloading it to ensure you have the most current version of the app installed on your device. If the problem persists after following these steps please reach out to Customer Support and we will be happy to investigate further!

I like the buffer time (in theory). However, in use, its very cumbersome. On the application, the buffer space takes up a half hour prior to the booking and a half hour after. It has a delete button if you want to delete it, but when you delete, it just returns again when you open the app. Its too cluttered on the booking page. Also, Inquiries take up space even though there is no booking so it just feels like a lot. I wish you could clean the page or make the color code more recognizable instead of that tiny dot.

Hey i love the new buffer feature i just think 30 mins before and after is a little bit too much time missed out on possible rentals when you have back to back bookings . can we please have a 10 or 15 min option?
