You are now able to add photos, videos, and PDF attachments to your messages! This will allow you to receive and send more information regarding a space. This is available for all bookings and booking inquiries made after October 24, 2024.
When sending attachments, please keep the following limitations in mind:
- File types allowed: pdf, heic/heif, jpg, mov, png, mp4
- File size limit: 10 files per message, max of 100mb per file
If the attachment fails to upload, please ensure the attachment is one of the file types listed above and that it is under 100mb.
It is important to note that the content of the attachments must follow our Community Guidelines.
If you have received an attachment that violates our Community Guidelines, you will be able to report it for review by our internal moderation team.
