Mistaken Review

Hello,

I have all 5 star reviews. One previous guest wrote, “the venue was perfect” and gave me 5 stars. But on the option to select, Yes, would rent again or No would not rent again. They selected No. I’m sure this is an error given they wrote, the venue is perfect and gave me 5 stars. I’m not worried about it, due to so many positive reviews, but I’m curious if this happened again, would PeerSpace correct it?

Hi There! I think it’s worth following up with the renter to get their feedback, as it will help you as a host in moving forward. It may have been a mistake. It happens. And if so, they can correct it. If it wasn’t a mistake, they can let you know why they wouldn’t rent again. It can be a myriad of reasons and you will never know until you ask! Best of luck!

This happened to me. The guest clicked “no” by mistake. Peerspace fixed it, but the guest had to email them

if I were a photographer I might shoot a location and then consider myself done with that location as I don’t want all my photos to look the same. The person might be taking this literally by thinking, “This was a great place but on my next shoot I’ll want to do something different.” It might not mean that there was something wrong.

Yes, Peerspace can fix it as long as you have text messages or messages via Peerspace that they said they made a mistake. You just send Peerspace an email with the documentation.
