Live music reservation for a "no live music" space

We just got our first booking request for a live band. We specifically selected No Live Music in the FAQ for this particular listing (we have another one that is ok) so I’m wondering how this information is displayed to potential guests or if she just overlooked/ignored it. I also tried to go back and edit the listing to exclude concerts, but can’t find that option now that the listing is live. Any guidance for a newbie?

I’ve messaged her back with the information about the space being unavailable for live music, but did not specifically decline her request. Will this hurt our ranking?

It’s how we keep our sanity in this industry.

You’ve done everything right, but renters will accidentally or intentionally not absorb and own information venues consider crucial as needed.

We’ve also noticed certain younger demographics will consider said information more “guidelines” than written law.

Decline the booking request before expiration to keep your search rankings from being penalized.
