Hello. I listed my space 6 months ago and have never been contacted in any way by a prospective guest. Where can I access metrics so I can see if anyone has even looked at my listing? Are these available to Peerspace hosts?

I’ve seen some people on here claim that they have access to some sort of analytics. I’ve been on here for 6+ years and have never seen or been given access to anything like this.
Peerspace used to send out an email (quarterly I think) with stats, but these were stats that you could already gather from the number of messages and bookings you’d received during the time period.
Sorry you’re getting zero interest. Share your listing and people will chime in with suggestions that may potentially improve it.

I have received an email with stats every other month since August 2022. Subject line is “Your (insert month) summary and space stats.” It includes views, favorites, & a few other analytics that you can calculate on your own, comparing that month to the previous month.
That’s strange that certain hosts receive this and other don’t. Maybe you can request a stats report from support?
I used to get this email years ago, but no longer. Weird.
The emails I got said my response time was 67 hours or more. This kept bothering me and I recently messaged them and got this response:
Hi
Thank you for reaching out regarding your response time. I’d be happy to help.
It appears the reported response time mentioned in the email is incorrect. Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that your actual response time is within an hour, usually under 15 minutes.
I will inform the team of this error and apologize for any confusion it may have caused.
