I would love to see how many views I get daily, weekly, as well as how many listings and which listing guest are viewing before deciding to book. I would also to see how many saves and who saves. Thank You
Not a thing for hosts on Peerspace
That would be swell !!
That would be a great feature @peerspace-team . Anything to help explain the sudden and recent halt to all bookings .
I thought I was the only one, Jennifer - so strange! Wonder what’s going on.
I recall a couple of years ago I would get an email from Peerspace with some analytics…very vague and more along the line “your listing is getting views.”
Adding to the choir…quiet here in Malibu West as well, regarding inquiries.
I also have multiple rooms in one building/account. I would like to know what portion of sales/bookings are coming from Room #1 vs Room #2 or #3.
Agreed. I was just thinking about that same topic. I just started Peerspace a few months ago and I have to admit I’m some what frustrated with how my listing is going. I’m not sure if people are even seeing my listing. What need to be done for use to have more exposure other than FB and IG?
I don’t work for Peerspace, but I have a long history of experience in online marketing and advertising. I’m guessing we don’t have deep analytics because those features do not align with Peerspace’s business model.
Facebook and IG continuously make millions in paid advertising. To target ads accurately, they need analytics on their backend. Once the foundation of internal analytic tools have been created, it’s relatively easy to develop a view for customers to use.
Peerspace, on the other hand, works on a commission basis; only getting paid when we secure a booking. Many people are reporting that bookings are down so it’s unlikely that they’re turning over the volume of bookings needed for large feature development.
I would be willing to pay a yearly fee to see, it helps us as host become better hosts!
Hi Everyone ![]()
I have some exciting news! ![]()
We’ve been listening to your feedback and we are super excited to share with you that we are launching a monthly email this summer that displays space stats! Hosts will be able to view the number of times their listing was viewed, the number of inquiries, the number of bookings, and more.
Stay tuned!
Is this different than the email you used to send maybe 2 years ago?
Hi Jane,
Thank You so much , this will be very helpful for me!
Well that’s pretty rude….
Hello do you know when this may be sent out?
I got an email today and it was helpful.
I wish there was a way to add Google or Facebook tracking code to my host homepage. I can’t effectively run ads that point to my listing without that type of access.
Glad to hear there’s an analytics email that going to be sent out but I think it would be best to have that data in a dashboard on the site.
Does Peerspace use a bot to select the studios they’re featuring in the general newsletters? Because it seems like they’re going off review count only and it kinda makes the whole platform look a lot less inspiring. Some of those repeatedly featured “top spaces in your area” are a garage used for dancers and not actually a space that in my opinion is rentable for the general public for production use (not to knock its success) multiple newsletters have showed the same 3 Top Spaces that were all empty lofts. Granted they are clearly the OG rental studios from the beginning of time but promoting 3 vacant, plain concrete lofts as a marketing tool to bring in more business is kinda funny. A lil extra thought in the selection process takes time but could go a long way to show the actual variety and uniqueness of Peerspace. The newsletter idea is fantastic though, not sure how it came to be executed less fantastically.
I think it’s interesting that I still don’t have analytics even though I asked for it, but others do. # please can I have it?
Hosts do not get analytics on Peerspace.
There’s an email that supposedly goes out monthly with super basic stats like views, inquiries, and bookings. I have never received the new version of this email, but I did get them a few years ago before they stopped sending for some unknown reason.
Kinda pointless since I already know how many inquiries and bookings I get.
View count is not helpful in a vacuum. Would need to have more context to understand the value of that.
Listing visits based on keyword searches would be helpful, but we know the search engine doesnt work accurately enough since you can filter for things like “pools” and get tons of results without pools… or you alternatively get pool halls.
