I would like to be able to charge a premium for far out bookings and have the price drop automatically as the date gets closer to fill vacancies. this is how its done for short term rentals and it’d be great to do it for events too.
This would be a great feature as it’s what I do organically off Peerspace.

Ditto on this one. It would be nice to be able to adjust the price up and down based on the month/date vs just the day of the week. There are busy months and slow months and it would be nice to have prices fluctuate accordingly.
