We get these all the time - people looking to have 70 people when our listing is 50 max standing, or people trying to sell their services. So annoying as it messes up our lead–>booking conversion and then I find we get less inquiries/lower search rankings because of the Peerspace algorithm.

Yeah, it’s frustrating to get those, I have to tell them I have only one bathroom seat.
