Hello, I am new to Peerspace and I have been receiving a lot of inquiries bout hosting large parties at my space. However, I do not allow alcohol consumption in my space and would like to be sure that all guests honor the rules. I am wanting to know how to go about incorporating on-site reps into my bookings and how exactly to go about finding out their rates and hiring them. I would also like to know how to go about transferring the cost to the guest.

What kind of space do you have and how large are the party requests? That would factor into your viable options. It also depends on how expensive you want to make it.
The cheapest option would be to be on-site yourself if you are talking about a house or small space. The next cheapest option would be maybe to hire someone specifically for this role, perhaps a part-time employee where you have an hourly rate set with them for babysitting rentals. After that you are looking at potentially hiring event services, either an event manager or security for an event. If you google ‘event services’ or ‘event security’ you will find a lot of places where you can get these services but that can be pretty expensive. It sounds like security is what would make sense for this particular situation but you may not want to project that presence, nor would a renter necessarily want security at their party when renting a space. But if you are talking about huge parties or a massive space, then this might make more sense.
If you are just looking for someone to be on-site during events to be a rep, perhaps look on some freelance sites and see who is available. You can probably post an ad with what you are looking for and see what kind of responses you get.
As for how to transfer the cost to the guest, you could either do it as an add-on, or just figure out what it will cost you hourly and factor that into your hourly rate. Maybe in your listing you have an hourly rental rate listed but then also mention that any parties over X number of people will require a rep to be on-site which will be an add-on costing $$XX.
