I hope one day Peerspace can allow us to comment on our guest’s reviews. Both negative and positive. Sometimes the 1 star isn’t even our fault and it makes us look bad without our side of the explanation.

I agree that would be a great feature.
This is the Operations Director for this host, Peerspace does actually allow you one response, provided it’s within their boundaries for what makes a proper reply

Our team will work with you to gather as much information as possible. This way, we can make an informed decision about whether we need to remove the review or allow you to respond. All in line with our content guidelines, of course!
