How to use one calendar for multiple listings?

I currently have multiple locations. I wish to sync all (or at least 2 of them) to a single Google calendar as it isn’t possible for me to manage both studios at the same time. When I go to the syncing function, and attempt to add the same calendar to both listings, it does not seem to work. Only one of the listings will sync. So I get overlapping booking requests that I then have to deny.

I tried to think of a work around (such as putting the listings on separate Google calendars and trying to have the two calendars sync) but so far no luck. Any ideas? Any chance Peerspace will enable multiple listings to share a calendar?

@Karalee Thank you. I’ve tried a variety of workarounds, but none seem to be effective. Basically, if I try to sync the same Google calender with 2 listings, it appears to only work with one. I’ll sync them both, both will show “synced” but the reservations for only one calender seem to update.

Also, is there a way to view archived webinars? I’d definitely like to watch some of the past ones.

Hi Kevin, I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, only one calendar can be synced per space. You can register to view all the webinar recordings here.
