How do people manage how many guests people bring to photo or video shoots? I had a shoot that was for 7 people. Upon entry, they had 7 people. When I want to check them out, I realized they brought 7 more people for a total of 14.
In my Rules section I clearly state that if they end up having more guests than originally booked than the entire booking gets retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate. I often will include a reminder about this when sending a message to them either upon acceptance of their booking or leading up to the shoot date.

If a booking results in more guests than reserved for, please let Peerspace know and we can adjust the payout. At the conclusion of each booking, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “ Leave a review for {Guest Name} ”.
If you need to report extra guests, just click the “Report Other Charges” button.
