Hello, I have a booking coming up and the guest seems to be changing the amount of people we had agreed on. My house isn’t that big which is why I limited it to 15. Now she is saying maybe 20. I have told her no more than 17 max but she hasn’t replied back. It is a week away and I am increasingly uncomfortable with this situation. Thoughts?
This is the Operations Director for this host:
-Message the guest on the Peerspace thread documenting you have allowed a minor increase up to a hard maximum of 17, reminding them that Peerspace event rentals are not open-invitation (Peerspace) and anyone above that will be rejected at the door, and/or the rental will be shutdown prematurely. Message them the same on whatever contact they’ve provided (email, text).
Undoubtedly you’ll need to be on-site for the rental, experience says a rental for 15 that might be 20 could always in reality be 25, 30 etc.
