This month I have gotten several cancellations way more than the usual. Guests cancellations for various personal reasons. So I am wondering if this will affect my listings on anyways.

No Peerspace does not penalize you if the guest cancels. If you cancel a booking then it can hurt your PowerHost status or standings. If you cancel with a valid reason then it does not but you would need to contact Peerspace directly in those circumstances.
I still wonder if it affects the search reward algorithms internally on the platform.
