I’ve been on Peerspace for several years now and have consistently gotten 4-10 inquiries a month and at least 1-2 bookings per month. However, the last 2-3 months I’ve had only 1 inquiry. Did something change with listings, the algorithm or something else that I’m not aware of?

I saw my listing plummet after August. I was getting 4-5 inquires a month and 3-4 bookings a month before that. I even hired a model and photographer in August to get better photos.
My friend is runs his own production company and he said that the industry demand dropped significantly in the fall.

Thanks for the feedback! I know there is usually a slow down in the fall for productions but guess it was a bigger drop than previous years. Hopefully they pick back up again soon! However I still feel like Peerspace changed something as well…
same I went from overwhelming request to so dry within the last month…
I’ve had the same experience, I noticed they also removed the ability to call them and when I have created a help ticket it takes them a long time to get back to me, if at all. My site has been up for 5 years and the down turn for me came along with the new branding and website look. They seem to be going through some changes.

I also went from overwhelming to pretty much dry in December and January but for February and March I can see things picking back up. I was thinking it was just a normal holiday slow down. That being said this was my first December/January on Peerspace so I don’t have previous years to compare to.

Hi Kristen, its now been 5 months and I have not gotten a single inquiry when I was getting at least 5 inquiries a month and was a powerhost a couple of times. Something significant has changed and I can’t figure out what happened. I also called the number you provided and after waiting on hold for 17min a message said no one is available and to leave my number. Great! Any help or insight you can provide would be wonderful
Our listing and bookings have plummeted as well. Not sure what is going on. Its been dropping since January of this year.
