Damages reimburstment denied

I filed for damage compensation because my guest didn’t return the key to me. Peerspace replied by saying we need more information on the repair service provider you used ( which was the same one I used 2 times before) so I emailed them back with the info. A few days later they said I hadn’t replied to their request and they closed the case. In protest I called them up, had them reopen the case, and repeated the same proceedure. A few days later I got the exact same denial they sent me originally. Again in protest I called them and the operator refused to take my information down but would put me through the failed proceedure all over again..How do you get reimburstment in a system that is designed to ignore you each time? Should I file a complaint with Better Business Bureau?

Look at the Peerspace TOS, typically you can show them that they’re not honoring their terms of service and where in cases like these. Hope that helps.
