It would be great if there were templates that we could insert into our messages to respond to our customers. I know other venue listing sites have it. It makes our job a lot earlier. Do you think Peerspace will ever add this feature?
I agree, I ask the same Q’s over and over again to clients.
This is the Operations Director for this venue host. The short answer is no, the long answer is I literally have a notepad open at all times on my laptop with “Insert name” templates:

something like is. Where we have our templets already made so that we can choose which one to insert. It would be a great feature that peerspace can add.
Agree this would be a huge timesaver. As a workaround, I have word documents I copy and paste from as we typically get the same questions.
I use the Boards App which is essentially another keyboard when responding from my phone + there’s a website as well so it’s a simple copy/paste.
It’s great because you can utilize links, photos, text, etc.
I save all of my responses for folks looking for vendors, for our address, our own link when people are asking how to book our space-- it’s been a game changer for all of my businesses.
