Client Filming on Site for Social Media

We’re starting to open our space to the community and learning a lot of things of what to anticipate with certain events.

We had a client book but prior to their event they came on site, without prior confirmation, to film promo video for their TikTok, Instagram, and FB accounts. Is it best to have a policy in the agreement to state that any filming must be approved prior to actual filming? Do you include that in your “setup” time fee? What have you done if they don’t get the approval and you still find out they filmed on site?

I appreciate any tips anyone has in experiencing this themselves!
