Hi- I just posted my listing this past week. Since I have no reviews yet, should I add to the description that it is a new listing so people know that’s why I don’t have a review?
Or Add in the title “new”?
I priced it very competitively with other similar homes in the area.
Any advice on this?
Perhaps you could offer a discount to the first 10 people to book. Or something like that. I honestly don’t know whether or not it’s a good idea. But you could try it.
I think adding that its a NEW listing and any other beneficial information is a good thing to do. I also agree with doing a promotional launch by offering discounts and other perks to drive more traffic. Good luck!
