Just listed our place yesterday and would love some constructive criticism. Any major holes or things you veterans think I maybe should do differently so I can get more eyes on my page & bookings. The photographs of your home are really beautiful. I’m not sure of pricing in you area or whether the same sorts of people book there as here, but for Los Angeles, the price is kind of high. Here, at least, a lot of the renters are groups of 5 or less people doing shots for their instagram. Since there is tiered pricing, I suggest you lower the price for those small groups and have it higher for larger ones. But again, I haven’t researched pricing in you area.
