Are These Requirements Still In Effect?

Hello, our Seattle WA space has been listed for some time and we are having our first renters next month. In reviewing Peerspace’s cleaning and health requirements, they are not consistent with our State of Washington, and King County Covid requirements. We are not required to wear masks as of March 12 indoors or out regardless of the number of people gathered. Are we still required to follow these Peerspace requirements regarding COVID?

Maintain physical distance
The golden rule is to stay at least six feet apart from anyone you do not live with.

Wear a mask
All attendees should wear a mask that covers both their nose and mouth while
indoors or in close proximity to one another.

Open windows and doors
Increasing outdoor air ventilation can help minimize risk. If there’s outdoor space,
stay outside if you can.

Wash your hands
And frequently. Use warm water and soap and wash for at least twenty seconds. If
water and soap are not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Hi Steve, It’s your space, you may send your clients your updated policies before they come. I think at this point most people in the production space are just doing what feels right for them. I tell people that they are welcome to wear a mask if they like but we do not. We do open the windows and doors as much as possible.
