Hi everyone I’m new to peer space. We have an amazing 10 acre property wildlife, wilderness trails, pond with beach and it has a beautiful Pine tree backdrop along with many other inside opportunities in our traditional log cabin. My question is what would be my target hourly rate for all those inside and outside photo ops?
Have you looked at what similar properties are charging? If there are none in your area, branch out to other cities.
You can check the rates at wedding and event venues, and search your state’s film commission website for location scouting.
I think it would be more useful to see how others are pricing their properties than just making a guess.
