Weekly or Reoccurring Guest Booking?

A guest would like to book every Tuesday at a specific time in the evenings for their class; is there a way for them to request to book on multiple days on a single request without them sending a new request for each class?

Ideally I’d like them to book for the month (4 classes, 1 request) instead of booking for each class (4 classes, 4 requests).

Hi Nick,
I would recommend that you not group them as one booking request for a few reasons

-If it’s a new client we like to do a trial run to make sure that it’s the right fit for both you and them

-If they want to make any changes it can get tricky, what if they decide they want to move or postpone one of the bookings?

-you will not get paid until the last booking is completed.

-4 separate bookings could mean 4 reviews, not just one, which would help boost your views.

They can put in 4 booking requests at the same time.

Hi @Nick_S2 – Thanks for your post! Happy to jump in a provide some additional clarity here.

Guests do have the option to request multiple dates within a single booking by using the “Extend a Day” feature when submitting their request. As a host, you also have the ability to use this feature when sending an offer.

@Angela_Marty_S is absolutely right in pointing out a few important considerations:

  • The full payout for all dates in a multi-day booking will begin processing once the last date is completed.
  • Multi-day bookings result in one review, not individual reviews for each date.

If you decide to go the multi-day booking route, you’ll be able to submit booking updates directly through the platform up until 1 hour before the first date in the booking. After that point, if any changes are needed for the remaining dates, feel free to reach out to our support team—we’ll be happy to assist!
