Hi everyone! My name is Treasure (Semaj on Peerspace), and I’ve built a fully functioning turnkey studio in Charlotte that’s been listed on Peerspace for the last year.
It includes cinematic rotating sets, an enchanted forest, a cyc wall, and has already generated consistent bookings (we were even ranked in the Top 10 Charlotte studios on Peerspace last year). I’m relocating soon and considering passing the torch.
I’m wondering:
- Has anyone here taken over a studio and turned it into a Peerspace listing?
- Or are there folks interested in becoming a host but don’t want to build out from scratch?
